Who We Are
James Massey
Founder & Senior Safety Advisor
James is our Senior Safety Advisor. He grew up in central Mississippi and graduated from Mississippi State University. Since then, he has spent over three decades in residential and commercial facility maintenance, landscape and turf, and general construction. He has played a key role in the development and maintenance of several well known projects throughout the southeast.

James grew up learning from his parents and grandparents many of the important things in life. Things such as being compassionate towards others and having a servant's heart. He believes wholeheartedly in treating people with respect. That is the only way to earn someone else's respect and support.
Kimberly Massey
Advisor
Kimberly has worked in the mission-driven sector for 30 years. She earned her BA from Delta State University and her Master of Social Work from University of Alabama. In addition to working with a local charity as Director of Operations, Kimberly consults with caregiving families to help ease the stress caused by dementia or other disabilities. She also manages business operations for Serenity.
Katie Massey
Senior Assistant
Katie is currently a cosmetology student. She has a close relationship with her grandparents and she looks forward to providing a helping hand to other seniors. She is available to help with errands and miscellaneous tasks, like taking the pups to the vet and grabbing prescriptions. Katie hopes to provide in-home hairstyling services after receiving her license.
